Sometimes I wish I could go back to the Bible days.. before Instagram… YouTube… and etc.
It seems like they had it sooooo much easier than us to find someone who could be a possible good match for a marriage.
I really do not want to write about this… BUT ! I felt the Holy Spirit tell me that there are currently a lot of women hurting and can draw close to Jesus through my story.
What Is Dating Like For Me?
One word… DIFFICULT ! I have this dilemma.. men for some reason like me.. but don’t like the fact that I follow Jesus… or better yet… they ACT like they want me and my ministry.. but they really don’t.
I cannot tell you how many times men have tried to get me to leave the church or stop doing ministry because of them.. smh
Sometimes It Is Hard
Constant heartache really really… sucks sometimes. It is hard when someone tells you they love you but… they follow provocative women online and watch their videos.. It’s hard because you can feel like you give someone everything.. you can give them time.. love.. you can pray for them… you can do everything right.. and somehow they still find a way to treat you wrong..
Dating as a young Christian is very hard.. because many people profess to be godly but they deny the power thereof.. meaning… we live in a time where people are pretending to be sold out for Christ but they are not.
I Understand But Not More Than God Does
God knows your every pain and tear… God see’s when you cry yourself to sleep over a relationship and God is there to comfort you. I do want to give this warning to young women who are reading this.. If a man is NOT YOUR HUSBAND… NEVER move in with him…
Meaning if you have the finances to get your own place.. or apartment… I do not care what he may say… trust me.. pray and listen to what ever God says.. take that money.. pay off your bills.. and GO GET YOUR OWN PLACE ! You will be so happy you did… trust me..
